Definitely cheapest plans, especially for data users, and never had any issues with availability. Calls between Sprint users don't even count against plan minutes, so I've seen a couple of small companies use it successfully for that reason too. No knowledge of Sprint service, other then they run the same network technology as Verizon (CDMA), so in theory you can roam on Verizon's network if Sprint's network isn't available.
